I take new client appointments 9AM-6PM Thursday, Friday & Saturday by appointment only. Special requests on other days may be available, just message me. We are closed on Sundays. Go to “Book your Appointment“ on the homepage  to check appointment availability.

1.) A thorough Consultation: The ultimate goal is to understand and meet your desired hair goals! A thorough, in depth consultation will be performed before every service to give professional and realistic recommendations to meet your needs. 

2.) Refreshments: Complimentary refreshments are offered during all services. For longer appointments or for specific dietary requirements, feel free to bring snacks with you!

3.) Educational tips, Maintenance information , Re-Booking, Take home product recommendations: To make sure you have everything you need before leaving the salon, we will discuss any questions you may have on maintenance, pre booking and at home care products to make sure you keep your new color, cut or extensions looking great!

Yes! You can purchase an e-Gift Card on our home page that can be used for salon services or products. They are the perfect gift for someone special!

I don’t accept walk-ins, but I do try to accommodate last minute appointments when I can. Availability is not guaranteed. I recommend making an appointment to ensure a spot on my schedule, but message me if you have a special request. Also, check my instagram for updates on last minute availability due to any cancellations or reschedules. @mjhaircompany I also have a waitlist available if you can’t find an appointment that fits your schedule today. We can contact you when an appointment time comes available. 

When you book your appointment, each service lists the typical length of time that service takes. If you know you have a special circumstance with your hair such as previous box dye, a big color change, or extremely long or thick hair, message me for more information about your service time length so that I can make certain I allow appropriate time.

Getting to know your hair prior to any hair service that involves chemicals helps me understand pertinent information about your hair history so that I can provide the best professional advice and services possible with the health of your hair as the top priority. Elements such as medications and allergies can play an important role in possible damage to your hair, scalp or skin. It is my responsibility, as a professional, to do my best to eliminate any possible issues. A questionnaire, consultation and your consent that you understand the risks with any chemical service  is important in providing the best level of care for your hair.

Although I LOVE children….the salon can be a dangerous place for little ones. Unless your child is specifically coming to the salon to receive a service, it is advised that they not attend your appointment with you.
